Preschool Games (Ages 4-6)
Busy Bee Maze
Buzz through a garden maze as a busy bee! Visit every apple, cherry or strawberry flower to carry pollen, then fly home to the hive and watch each flower you visited burst into fruit, while the ones you missed wilt. Big kids skip the wildflowers whose pollen can't help, watch their nectar and steer clear of spider webs. Every garden ends with a fun fact about how bees help our food grow.
English Village Builder
Build a village on a blocky island! Answer vocabulary, spelling, word-meaning and grammar questions to earn wood, stone, flowers and diamonds for every house, road, farm and school.
Magic Crossbow: Cycle Breaker
Egg, caterpillar, tadpole, butterfly... wait! A tadpole doesn't turn into a butterfly. Find the stage that breaks the order and shoot it with your magic crossbow. Fix life cycles, the seasons, the planets from the Sun, the Moon's shapes, food chains, the water cycle and the path food takes through your body, and find out why each stage goes where it does.
Science Village Builder
Build a village on a blocky island! Answer questions about animals and plants, weather and space, your body, and forces and energy to earn wood, stone, flowers and diamonds for every house, road, farm and school. Give your farms water and sunshine, plant trees by the houses, and make every villager happy.
Seed Travelers
Plants can't walk, so their seeds travel! Blow a dandelion seed on the wind, pop a pea pod, let a burr hitch a ride on a dog and float a coconut across the sea to land each seed on good soil. Seeds that land right under their parent can't grow well, so find out why plants send their seeds far away. Big kids match each seed's shape to the way it travels.
Magic Crossbow: Extra Number
Find the number that breaks the pattern and shoot it with your magic crossbow! In 2 4 6 7 8 10 we count by 2s, so pop the 7 and watch a little frog hop along the fixed pattern. Counting by 1s for little ones, skip-counting up and back by 2s, 5s and 10s, and tricky patterns with two extra numbers for big kids.
Magic Crossbow: Extra Word
Read the sentence, find the word that doesn't belong, and shoot it with your magic crossbow! Pop the extra "to" out of "She goes to to school" and the sentence is fixed. Short picture sentences for little ones, real grammar slips and two sneaky extra words for big kids.
Color Crush
Swap the paint drops to line up 3 in a row and crush them! Every drop you crush pours into a paint pot and colors in a picture, like a red apple or a green frog. Big kids mix their own paints: crush red right next to yellow and it turns orange! Make rockets, bombs and rainbows, and paint the picture before your moves run out.
Paint Match Lab
Become a color scientist! A target color waits next to an empty paint jar: add drops of red, yellow, blue, white and black and watch the paint swirl into new colors until it matches. The jar mixes just like real paint, so yellow and blue really make green, and all three primaries make brown. A match meter shows how close you are, and the closest matches earn three stars. Little artists mix orange, green and pink; big kids mix olive, chocolate, khaki and skin tones that need four or five paints.
Habitat Rescue
A storm has blown the animals away from home! Drag each one back to where it lives: the ocean, the desert, the polar ice, the rainforest, the grassland or the pond. Then find out why it fits there, from a camel that goes for days without water to an Arctic fox with fur on its paws.
Camouflage Hide & Seek
Can you spot the animals hiding in plain sight? Find a snowy owl in the Arctic snow, a stonefish on the coral reef and a woodcock among the fallen leaves, then learn how each one hides. Next, paint a moth or a frog so the hungry bird can't find it. Big kids become the bird and watch a family of peppered moths change color over the generations, just like it really happened.
Pond Dip Detective
Swish your net through the pond and see what you catch! Look closely in the tray and answer yes-or-no questions to name each creature, from tadpoles and water boatmen to dragonfly nymphs and caddisfly larvae hiding in their homemade cases. Fill your pond journal, and big kids use a real scientist's key and work out how clean the water is from the creatures they find.
Animal Tracks Detective
Be a nature detective! Follow trails of footprints across snow and mud, look closely at each clue, from droppings and feathers to chewed pine cones and nibbled twigs, and work out which animal made them. Spot a deer's split hooves, a rabbit's hops, a duck's webbed feet and a snake's wavy track. Big kids use a field guide to tell a fox from a dog and read what happened at the end of the trail.
Build a Skeleton
Put a skeleton back together, bone by bone! Drag the skull, backbone, ribs and hips onto the X-ray outline, then the arm and leg bones, and watch your skeleton dance. Big kids find the humerus, femur, radius, ulna, tibia and fibula, name glowing bones and learn which joints are hinges, ball and socket joints or pivots. Then build a bonus fish, dog or bird skeleton and see which bones you share.
Food Journey
Ride a cute piece of fruit through your digestive system! Get chewed in the mouth, slide down the esophagus, dodge acid splashes in the stomach, grab nutrients in the small intestine and collect water drops in the large intestine. At every gate, hop under the right answer about what each part does. Little kids learn that food gives us energy, and big kids learn about enzymes, villi and absorption.
Magic Crossbow: Pattern Breaker
Red, blue, red, blue, blue... wait! Find the one that breaks the pattern and shoot it with your magic crossbow. Pop out the extra item or swap the wrong one, and the pattern is fixed. Simple two-color patterns for little ones, long tricky patterns with two breakers for big kids.
Magic Crossbow: Odd or Even Hunt
Hunt down every odd number (or every even one) with your magic crossbow! Little ones count dots in pairs to spot the one left over, bigger kids check the last digit of two-digit numbers, and big kids work out sums and times facts like 7+8 and 6×5 before deciding if the answer is odd or even.
Masterpiece Slider
Slide the tiles to fix a famous painting! The Starry Night, the Mona Lisa, The Great Wave and more are cut into tiles and mixed up, with one tile missing. Slide them back into place, then guess who painted it for bonus stars and read the museum label to learn one amazing fact. Small kids slide 8 tiles with numbers to help, big kids take on 15.
Magic Crossbow: Habitat Hunt
Which animals live in the ocean? Which ones live in the desert? Shoot every animal that belongs with your magic crossbow, and find out how each one is made for its home. Farms, ponds and jungles for little ones, then real science traps for big kids: penguins don't live in the Arctic, polar bears don't live in Antarctica, and a shark can't breathe air!
Science Moto Race
Pick your racer and ride your scooter through the lane with the right science answer! Choose a bunny, kitty, panda or frog, pick your science (animals, my body, weather, plants, space, matter, living things, Earth or energy), then race three rivals down a winding road. Every right answer makes you faster, and every wrong one lets a rival pass you.
Science Car Race
Pick your car and drive through the lane with the right science answer! Choose a puppy, fox, bear or chick in a go-kart, pick your science (animals, my body, weather, plants, space, matter, living things, Earth or energy), then race three rivals down a winding road. Every right answer makes you faster, and every wrong one lets a rival pass you.
Build a Bug
What makes an insect an insect? Build a ladybug, a honeybee or a dragonfly from its head, thorax and abdomen, give it 6 legs, antennae and wings, and watch it fly away. Then become a Bug Inspector: is a spider an insect? A centipede? A flea with no wings? Big kids build bugs for a job, like a water scorpion that breathes through a snorkel on its tail.
Photosynthesis Factory
Run a leaf as a food factory! Tap the soil to pull water up the roots, catch carbon dioxide bubbles from the air, and let the sun power the machines to make sugar for the plant and oxygen for the animals. Clouds, dry soil, a closed greenhouse and nightfall each slow the factory down. Read the graph to find out what held it back, and big kids predict each day and run a greenhouse experiment.
Migration Journey
Lead real animal migrations across the map! Guide Canada geese south ahead of winter, monarch butterflies to the mountain forests of Mexico, sockeye salmon up the Fraser River, a green sea turtle across the Atlantic to Ascension Island and a humpback whale from Alaska to Hawaii. Tap to steer along the real route, refuel at marshes and flower fields or live on stored fat, and dodge storms, nets and bears. Big kids predict, compare the distances on a chart and learn why each animal migrates.
