These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KidWorld.org website and the KidWorld app for Android (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play's own terms also apply to that download.
Eligibility and Parental Consent
KidWorld is designed for use by children, typically with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under 13, or under the age required to consent to these Terms on your own in your country, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, and is responsible for supervising your use of the Site. Accounts
Creating an account is optional, and accounts exist only on the website; the app has no accounts or sign-in. If an account is created, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep login details private. You, or your parent or guardian, are responsible for all activity under your account. You may also sign in using Google, in which case Google's own terms also apply.
Comments and User-Submitted Content
The website may allow guests and account holders to submit comments on games. The app does not show or accept comments. Submitted comments are reviewed before they appear publicly and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion, including content that is inappropriate, abusive, off-topic, or not suitable for a children's site. Do not submit personal information, contact details, or links in a comment. By submitting a comment, you confirm it is your own and grant us permission to display it on the Site.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose of playing and enjoying educational games. You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site or its servers;
- copy, resell, or redistribute the games, code, or content on the Site;
- use automated tools to interact with the Site, its scoring system, or its ads;
- click on ads, or ask or encourage anyone else to click on ads, other than out of genuine interest, or use any method to create fake ad views or clicks; or
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Advertising and Third-Party Links
The website is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google and by advertisers through Google, not by KidWorld, and are shown separately from the games. We ask Google to show only child-directed ads suitable for a general audience, but we do not choose individual ads and do not endorse the products, services, or websites they advertise. Any purchase or other dealing with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser. The app shows no ads.
On the website, ads, share buttons, and some other links lead to websites we do not control, whose own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the content of those websites. Children should ask a parent or guardian before clicking any ad or link that leaves KidWorld. If you see an ad that seems inappropriate for children, please tell us at admin@kidworld.org so we can block it. The app has no share buttons and does not open other websites, except the links to Google's privacy pages in our Privacy Policy, which open in the phone's web browser.

Content and Ownership
All games, graphics, text, and code on KidWorld, unless otherwise noted, belong to KidWorld.org or its licensors. Games may be played for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, but may not be reused elsewhere without permission.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep KidWorld available and enjoyable, but the Site is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. The app loads its games from KidWorld.org, so it needs an internet connection, except for games already played once on that device. Games and features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and saved scores or progress may occasionally be reset during maintenance or upgrades. Progress saved in the app is stored only on the device and is lost if the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidWorld.org is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from any ad or third-party website reached through the Site.
Termination
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these Terms or is used in a way that is unsafe or disruptive to other users.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means the revised Terms are accepted. We encourage checking this page occasionally for changes.
