What You Can Write to Us About
- Ideas for new games - a subject your child is learning, or a game they wish existed.
- Something not working - tell us the game's name, what happened, and the device and browser you used (for example, "iPad, Safari"), or "KidWorld app" and your phone or tablet model if it happened in the Android app.
- A mistake in a game - a wrong answer or a typo. Tell us the game, the level, and the question.
- An ad that doesn't belong on a kids' site - tell us the page you saw it on and what it showed. A screenshot helps us find and block it. (Ads appear only on the website; the app has none.)
- Privacy requests from parents - to see, correct, or delete your child's account, or to remove a comment. If you can, write from the email address on the account so we can confirm the request is yours. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Anything else about KidWorld.
